WIll i get my tracking information?

Yes. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

can i cancel my order?

No. We are unable to offer refunds and cannot cancel orders once they have been successfully processed.

I have not received my package, however the tracking information says it was delivered. is there anything i can do?

Once we drop off packages, they are completely out of our hands. Anything that happens to the packages once they are in possession of the USPS is not something we can held be responsible for. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in this circumstance.

Do you ship delivered duties paid (DDP)?

Certain countries charge customs fees (VAT) and independent carrier charges. We are unable to anticipate these costs and will not be able to cover or reimburse these fees. We recommend that contacting your local customs office to find out what these fees could be, before placing your order.

What size should i get?

We have a size chart linked at the bottom of each page. We recommend sizing up for an oversized fit.

how should i wash my apparel?

Our embroidery pieces are durable and are meant to last a long time. We recommend turning the product inside out, machine washing cold, tumble drying on low heat.
